Motorcycle Repair: misfire, cold weather problems, poor weather

hi paul 1200 bandit 1998 in cold weather the bandit misses on 2 cylinders its just in a morning is it the ht leads that need replacing,i've heard bandits have a problem in poor weather is there a way round it.

FYI...Bandits don't have any cold weather problems. GSX-R's, Bandits, and Katanas share engines and there's no such common problem with either model.
