Motorcycle Repair: Correct size of Carb jets, suzuki savage 650, suzuki model

Motorcycle 2000 Suzuki Savage 650.
Carb Mikuni BS40SS Single has been rejetted twice and I want to return to original sizes dealers not helpfull.Can you help.
