Motorcycle Repair: RD200 crank, shively, crankshaft

how do i seperate and reassemble the crank of my RD200 i cant find any dealer to take on the job but i do have a press and have done my own RD250 crank but the 200 looks very different

any help is greatly received

Hi Steve,

I'm a two-stroke nut, but I haven't had the pleasure of working with a Yamaha RD250 crankshaft, though I'm sure it's pressed apart.

Try and find a service manual and follow procedures in the manual. Also, check on line for websites dedicated to the RD250
