Motorcycle Repair: 2003 electra glide forks service, fork oil, handeling

how critical is this service at 20,000 miles

Answer
Over time the fork oil starts to break down and looses is viscosity. It aslo get dirty. When this happens the front end starts to get spongy.
Its not critical, like somthing will break, but after time the handeling will be affected.
