Motorcycle Repair: Interchangeable parts, clutch baskets, bill silver

Are the clutch baskets of the 1980 and 1982 XR 500 interchangeable? Can I find diagrams /instructions anywhere on the internet for this?

I looked in there and the price is shown as the same, but I don't know if the parts all interchange exactly. They made them much the same for many years and I would be surprised if they were not interchangeable. Looks like there were some changes in 1983, as the microfiche calls them out separately.
