Motorcycle Repair: Tank removal-1982 Goldwing With Air pump, tank removal, happy thanksgiving

Does this year Wing with air have bolts that when unscrewed will let one remove side panels  to get to wiring. I assume 1982 has the panel type and not whole fake tank removal.  Friend has head lite problem and need to run circuits, but only if I can get to easy(bad hands)  Would appreciate info stat as he is comming over this pm.   Thanks Hugh

Hi Hugh,

Sorry for the late reply. I work 3p-11p.

I believe the "shelter" or faux tank is removable by the side interior knobs.
