Motorcycle Repair: wiring problems, v twins, wiring harness

Hi, I'm haveing a problem with a 99-00 roadstar. the thing is being stripped down and customized at our shop. we mainly work on H-D's and other american v-twins. the wiring harness was cut up and turned into a nightmare. i have everything hooked back up stock but I can't get fire to the plugs now? any suggestions?

I have a few repair files on Roadstars, but no wiring diagram. You're welcome to what I have. Send a email addy if interested. I don't have the service manual for this model. I have numerous repair files on every topic in general. If ever needed use my email addy to request:

I would need to be with the MC and perform some checks to diagnose the problem.
