After that it I began to have trouble with the started, which sometimes failed. Now, I am having trouble putting the bike in gear when I putting in gear, looks, like is in clucht. mayve the clucht pushrod got bent againg?. I am wondering whether if in the clucht pushrod have any swicht? o conecttion wiht the stared botton? Thanks for your time, and, any help will be gratefull apreciatte.

Hi Alfred.
There is a neutral indicator switch in the clutch and transmission assembly. It is possible that the problem is there.
It is also possible that the pushrod is bent again if the bike is ridden particularly hard. Also make sure that the clutch is adjusted correctly.
If you have a hydraulic clutch, then make sure that it has been bled properly as well, including the reverse trap that collects air near the master cylinder at the banjo fitting.
Let me know what you find.
Good luck.
FALCON Thanks Mr. I'm check the pushrod, and everything looks ok, and ajusth , the cable clucht and still the bike in gear doesn't have power to run, and think the clucht, is slippering, I wondering, to change the cluch in this bike do I need the tear the engine?if i do, so do you have any manual wiht one do will youu recomend to work with, any sugesstions? Thanks for your time any sugesstion it will be gratefull apreciatte.
AnswerHi Alfred.
Whatever you checked, it wasn't the pushrod. The pushrod is inside the clutch assembly in the engine. Access is fairly simple. You could get a manual through any decent bike shop or the Suzuki dealership or online. If you can, get the factory repair manual, otherwise, Clymers and Haynes are the next obvious choices.
online you can go to the following;
www.jcwhitney.com
www.denniskirk.com
www.repairmanuals.com (there are probably manuals available on ebay and buy.com as well)
Good luck.
