i have the motorcycle all apart but not sure how to get seals out this is a 1986 honda v45 magna

Hi Scott,

You you buy a seal puller from a local car parts store such as AutoZone for about $10. This tool works well for removing seals without damaging surrounding surfaces. See item here:
