Nissan Repair: How to replace tailight assemebley

I have broken cover on taillight , do i have to replace whole taillight assembley. 2012 Nissan Altima 2.5 S 4 door . If i need to relace whole thing , how do I do it.

Hi Richard -

Yes, if the lens is cracked, the entire assembly needs replacement. The access is from the back, so you will need to open the trunk and remove the paneling to access the mounting bolts, which I believe is 10MM.
