Nissan Repair: 2011 altima cooling problems

Recently my wife's altima temp went up to about 240 I made her pull over. I meet her couldn't find anything wrong.the ad didn't work on way home which was 3.5 miles from where she pulled over,so I got home still couldn't find nothing so I changed both thermostats and bleed system. Now the temp slowly goes up with ac on and Down with heat on what could it be.

Hi Willie -

Did you check the radiator fan? It should automatically turn on with the AC, or when it reaches a certain temp with the AC off.

If not, then you have to check power to the fan (fuse), fan motor, temp sensor, and relay in that order.
