Nissan Repair: bad gas, gas tank, sea foam

Question
I have a truck that has set since June, do I need to empty and refill the gas tank, or can I add new gas or a special additive that will work, so I don't clog up my injectors?

Hi Steve -

Usually that amount of time should be OK. However if you have the vehicle outside, it may have picked up impurities. I do not think emptying the tank is necessary, but to be safe, there is an additive called Sea Foam, which is very effective in this regard.
