what all parts do i need to remove in a nissan maxima 96 manual transmition to replace the clutch?

Mainly the transmission, mounts, CV half shafts, and all attached links, wire connections. This is quite a good job, so allow time and patience. You will also need a transmission jack. Once the transmission is removed, the clutch components are the disc, pressure plate, and bearing. I think they can be ordered as a kit for your year Maxima.
