Nissan Repair: Fuel Pump Relay location on 1988 Nissan 200SX, nissan 200sx, 1988 nissan 200sx

Where is the fuel pump relay on a 1988 Nissan 200SX 2.0 liter, 4-cylinder? I have replaced the fuel pump only to find that there was no current going to the fuel pump. The fuse is good and I have purchased a new fuel pump relay, but I can't find the location on the relay on the car.

Hi Tim -

The relay should be located in the engine compartment, I believe driver's side on the fenderwell there is a box. Unsnap the cover and you will find the large circuit fuses and relays. The fuel relay should be among them.
