Nissan Repair: white smoke on tail pipe, head gasket, valve seal

Hi,

I have a nissan 1.5 1995 model. Everytime i start my engine and rev right after, I see white smoke and then fades as the temperature rises. Is this normal because I always end up cleaning my spark plug. Just had valve guide,valve seal pistron ring replaced. Thank you and I am looking forward for your answer.

White smoke, if it dissipates rapidly is usually indicative of a cylinder head, intake manifold, or head gasket issue (water going into the cylinder). First step is to take a compression test and see what the results are. If you get back to me with the numbers, I will be happy to provide input.
