Nissan Repair: worn out chain guide, must be a way, timing chain

does it matter to completely remove the top timing chain guide. It worn out out  and makes bad noisy and l cant get replacement here in zimbabwe.

If you are down that far, I would recommend replacing it while you have disassembled to that. There must be a way you can get it on line if you google it. I did not get the year and make of your nissan but include that with your inquiry.

If you don't replace it, could cause noise later on.
