Hi Pablo

the freon is checked by a special pressure manifold. Any mechanic should have one. there are several reason why you are not getting cold air:

System clogged (condenser/accumulator/filter)
Low on freon
Freon leak
Compressor

The pressure check with the manifold would be the most accurate way to daignose your problem.
