Nissan Repair: 96 Altima Dail light up but wont start, speed o meter, starter motor

96 Altima when you turn the key Dail (speed o meter) light up but wont start (not even cranking), power window central locking and AC fan working.

Hi Sam -

Have you checked the starter motor? When you turn the key do you hear a clicking noise, or nothing? Turn on the headlights and try starting the car, do the headlights turn off or go really dim when you turn the key to start?
