Nissan Repair: Nissan Hardbody, oil filler cap, nissan hardbody

Hi guys, pls assist.  Nissan Hardbody 2.4 16v 2003 model,does it have a timing belt or chain and how do I test and see if its broken.

Timing belt.

Open the distributor cap to expose the rotor inside, or if you can remove the oil filler cap and see the cam that is good enough.

Manually turn the engine slowly and see if the rotor is turning, or the cam is turning. If not, then the belt has broke.
