Nissan Repair: 2008 pathfinder wont start, battery cable, engine compartment

cables good.  tried in neutral nothing.  ignition on and lights and radio come on.  when try to start, no clicking or noise...just dead

Hi Brian -

Looks like starter. Try checking for power at the starter. There are 2 wires, the battery cable (should always have power) and a smaller wire. When the key is turned, that wire should have power. If it does, then replace the starter. If no power, then I would look at the fuses on the fenderwell of the vehicle inside engine compartment, or could be the ignition switch.
