Nissan Repair: Fuel Injectors, test light, 280zx

I have a 83 280zx turbo . It,s getting plenty of fuel to the motor but not through the injectors have new fuel relay but not running.  will run with either . put test light on inj.wires lights on one side but not the other. not even a pulse

The injector is powered with the key on.  The other side is the ground and it will not close the circuit unless the cam position sensor is working.  I would think the distributor is defective and that is causing the ECM not to ground your injectors at the appropriate time.
