The switch for the blower options (ac to heat to defrost)stuck and now the switch temeperature control.. hotter or colder...  has also stuck.  How do we fix this...

If the knobs have not been gummed up with Coca Cola.  I have seen this a couple of times, they will have to be replaced.  courtesyparts.com is a great place to get the controls, with the knobs, cheap.  Otherwise, the wrecking yard is a good source too.
