Nissan Repair: 2001 Nissan Quest, stutter and stall, spark plug cable, nissan quest

The van will start okay and run okay but for a very short time. It will stutter on acceleration and eventually stall, not allowing re-start for at least 15-20 min. I was thinking fuel filter/pump. Could it be electronic instead ?

First of all, I need to ask - when was the last tune up you had? There is a chance it could be electrical, such as a spark plug cable failing under load, or the coil.

Secondly, do you have the engine light on?

You are correct, it could also be the fuel system. If the tune up checks out ok, then I would check the fuel pump next. You can have it checked for volume and pressure. Replace the fuel filter before condemning the pump, especially if you have not changed it before. The fuel pump is in the fuel tank, so it is a bit cumbersome to replace.
