Nissan Repair: ZD30 gearbox sticking in gear, shift forks, navara

Hi i have a problem with my navara. When i shift out of 3rd gear it sticks and i have reef it hard any idea what maybe causing this? I took it to the shop they replace the shift inserts and bearings but no luck.

The transmission could have the shift forks bent and that would cause binding.  If the bushings have been replaced, but only those that are accessible outside the transmission, would mean that the transmission needs to be taken a part to get to those inside and to inspect the shift forks.
