a/c wont blow out cold air when waiting in traffic. 2004 nissan titan 5.6

The refrigerant R-134 is not as thermally efficient as the old R-12.  So, when you are not running down the road it is close to not working.  That is, if the system is a little low or the auxillary fan is not coming on will lead to no interior cooling until you get rolling.

I would first have the system pressures checked to have the unit topped off.

Second, I would be looking at that front fan to see if it is coming on while you are at idle.
