Nissan Repair: nissan primera, finr, sparkplugs

Hi , my father in laws primera has a bad flat spot in the acceleration. he has replaced the sparkplugs because they looked like they where arking .  Problem seemed be be finr for a couple of weeks. now it has the flat spot back, when accelerating there is just nothing there then suddenly kicks in. Its a 1999

I would check to see if the distributor has oil on the optics.  I do not know if yours has a distributor or not?  I am in the United States and they do not have the Primera here.  Email me back and let me know if there is a distributor or not.
