Nissan Repair: your spark question, napa auto parts, vent hose

How did i check spark? With a digital spark checker i got from Napa auto parts it shows a nice blue spark.

I apologize, I answered this question but apparently it did not get sent. I am on vacation now, but wanted to respond to your question

OK, since you have a good spark, it must be fuel related. Try this -

Get some starting fluid and spray it into the intake boot (will have to remove a vent hose to get in there). Try starting the car immediately, and see what happens, whether it starts right away, or start and dies off after a second or two.

If it is the latter, try checking the fuel pump for delivery pressure and volume.
