My 1994 Pathfinder jumped timing, can I just get the bent valves replaced and change the timing belt?

How much did it jump? Did the timing belt break?

If so, then yes, remove the heads, replace bad valves, and install a new timing belt. While you are at it check the water pump, regular drive belts, radiator and hoses, etc.
