Nissan Repair: My 1995 nissan sentra break lights work Tail lights dont, nissan sentra, positive cable

My 1995 Nissan Sentra break lights work Tail lights don't. I have checked all fuses and they are fine what else could be the problem?
Just so you know the front and rear parking lights do not come on either.

Hi ALex -

Have you checked the large circuit fuses and relays? This is located in the engine compartment on the fenderwell. Also, check the fusible link and all positive cable connections at the battery. Finally it also could be the headlight switch on the steering column.
