Starter is not engaging every time it is clicking .Is it the relay ?? and if so which one???

Observations here to pinpoint the issue.  A clicking starter would not be the relay.  Either the battery is low, the starter is on its way out or the wiring has been compromised.  I would bet the starter unless one of the other two items mentioned are found to be true.  Clean connections on the battery are a must as well.
