my 2001 nissin frontier heater fan only runs on high ,looking for cause and repair thanks bill

Replace the resistor for the blower and you will be fine.  It is located on the blower case behind the glovebox.  It is down low and close to the center of the transmission tunnel.  Purchase a new one and you will know what you are looking for.  Two screws and a connector...
