how can i change the ignition switch/and sswitch cylinder?

You have to disassemble the column by removing the plastic cover and then using a chistle and drill remove the anti-tamper bolts to get the cylinder out.  A Haynes Manual for $20 bucks is a great investment since it has step by step process and pictures.  A cylinder lock and the bolts can be sourced at the dealer or on-line.  I do not know the year of your car but you might get out cheaper by having the column replaced.  A hundred bucks at a wrecking yard for a column.  The lock and labor are going to be more expensive.  If you do it yourself you can save a bundle.
