Nissan Repair: 1998 Nissan Tino wont start, fuel pressure gauge, nissan tino
QuestionI've got a 1998 Nissan Tino that will not start. It cranks over but does not catch. I thought it was cranking slowly so I tried jump starting in case the battery was weak. It did not make any difference.
AnswerTom,
I would check for spark and fuel. First, you could disconnect a sparkplug and look for spark when someone is turning over the engine. Second, get a fuel pressure gauge and screw it onto the fuel rail and check for proper fuel pressure. Those are the two most common problems. Email me back if you need more.
