Nissan Repair: thermostat housing.., spray lubricant, thermostat

I have to change my thermostat housing, the all thing. The old one has gone apart. How do i do it? 4 bolt holding it to place? Have unscrewed them but cant get it out from its place.

If yours is corroded in place then it is going to be difficult to remove it.  If all the attach bolts are removed and it is still stuck get a length of wood and a hammer and gently tap it from the side to get it loose.  Also, use a spray lubricant.
