Nissan Repair: 95 Nissan Sentra Engine Rattle, nissan sentra, valve clearance

Not really sure whats wrong, Vehicle runs fine, just when in idle, standard tranny, you can here a rattle like something is loose inside the head, My GF's mom ran the oil out of the car completely due to a broken gasket, and it began to make the noises after that, So could you possible tell me what I need to replace? thanks.

If it is a rattle and not a tick you are probably looking at replacing the bearings as this is most probably a clearance issue.  Without oil the bearings wear rapidly.  Check the oil pressure and if it is low you have worn bearings.  Ticking would be the valve clearance.
