Nissan Repair: 2002 Nissan Altima, nissan altima, head gaskets

I recently had to have work done on head gaskets.  My car wouldn't always cranked.  This problem was solved.  A couple of days ago I was coming home from work and the engine sounded muffled and I couldn't get up any speed...then it cleared up. Today same thing.  It seems even worse when I cut the air on.  I hear a very faint creeking sound sort like keys jiggling but just for a short time.  It comes and goes. Thank you

I would have the intake checked for air leaks to make sure the hoses are tight and no unmetered air is getting past.  Also, I would have the plugs inspected and the timing checked.  Email me back and let me know what the shop says.  I say this because I am pretty sure it is something that was disturbed in the process of replacement of the head gasket.
