Basically, you need to get under the dash to get access to the cable mount and undo it from the gas pedal arm.  Then, on the firewall, you need to disconnect the sheath.  Now, on the engine, you need to remove the connection and loosen both bolts on the sheath and remove the cable.  You are looking at a dealer item or a wrecking yard to get another one.
