how do you change a blown tail light bulb?

I do not know the year or model of your Nissan?  Anyway, normally, the bulbs are accessed from inside the trunk.  Remove the clips that hold the interior material and the bulbs can be accessed behind them.  If not you need to unscrew the nuts and remove the light and then remove the bulbs.
