Nissan Repair: cv joint on 95 nissan quest, cv joint, nissan quest

hi, how do you remove the passanger side cv joint on a 95 nissan quest van, I have everything removed except that axle. I dont see anything to grab on to?

Hi Alan -

There is a C-clip that holds the axle into the trans. If you cannot get it out by pulling on the axle, try prying it carefully using an angled pry bar or I usually use a tie rod end remover (looks like a fork). Usually having someone on the other end pulling on it at the same time helps.
