Nissan Repair: wheel bearing for 93 sentra, axle bearings, wheel bearing

I have had the bearings replaced at least twice on the passenger side. Problem has started again!! What could keep causing me to replace the bearing?

How far apart were these bearings changed, and what brand did you (they) use? Was this at the dealer, or somewhere else?

I am assuming this was the front hub bearings, not the rear axle bearings?
