Nissan Repair: coolant filling overflow bottle, radiator coolant, radiator hoses

i am from the firedepartment and today i was speeding to a call that came through and when i got to the fire house i heard a some sounds when i opened the hood i saw that the radiator coolant filled up the overflow bottle all to the top i would like to know what is causing that

Hi Oscar -

If the coolant reservoir was bubbling over, perhaps you have a stuck thermostat. Take this test - Start the engine and warm it up to operating temp. Feel both radiator hoses. If one is hot, and the other is cold, then replace the thermostat.
