Nissan Repair: Low coolant level, coolant level, leaky hose

Hi, I am having 97 Nissan lima. I filled my coolant to max level nearly 45 days before. Now its level is nearly just below min level - Temperature levels are normal. What might be the problem? is it ok to just fill it up?

The catch tank is going down through a leaky hose or the engine has developed a leak with the head gasket.  First, I would fill the engine again.  If the fluid goes away, and it is not on the floor, that means the engine is consuming water via a cylinder or two.  If that is the case you could use a stop leak or change the headgasket.
