Nissan Repair: 2005 Infinitii G35X - Service, independent garage, infiniti dealer
QuestionHi Von - I brought my vehicle to the local Infiniti dealer for a part under warranty. They called back to tell me that I need my belts replaced, filters, and transmission flushed. He said it would be $1200. I said that's more than I can afford, and he said how about $850. Does this sound reasonable ??? Thank-you so much.
AnswerDon,
If you are getting things done under warranty stick with these. I would use an independent garage to to recommended maintenance like belts, filters and a transmission fluid and filter change. Just save the receipts for warranty. $1200 or $850 for the work indicates is way too much.
