the Nissan anti theft light stays on it starts if i take out and charge battery but won't start after i turn it off

Sounds like the body control module; the one that controls the alarm, is failing.  You disconnect the battery and it resets.  Now, if the battery is having to be charged every time that tells me the alternator is not putting out proper voltage.  Check the voltage of the system running.  It should be around 14 volts while the engine is running and drop to a little over twelve volts when off.  Email me back if you need more information.
