i have a 95 nissan sentra and when i step on the clutch and it sometimes gets
stuck and i have to  step on it again to get it loose how can i fix this problem

Hi Luis -

Either the pedal needs lubricating at the spring joint, or it needs to be adjusted. Some have this adjustment where you can control the depth of travel for the pedal.

Other than that, the pressure plate could be faulty. This, however would involve replacement of the clutch.
