Nissan Repair: nissan altima winddhield wiper, nissan altima, silicone spray

I am having the same problem you answered earlier but after getting the nut off of the arm at the bottom of the windshield i can't get the wiper arm off of the assembly. It looks like it needs to come off before the cover can come off. Any tricks or suggestions?

Hi Brad -

You will have to carefully rock the lower part back and forth to get it off. The post is beveled and the wiper is wedged on, so a little "motivation" should do the trick. Just work it back and forth, and it will come off. A little silicone spray will help.
