Nissan Repair: Changing of gears, fuse box, images cd

Question
I have a 2.7 L TD27 I4 Diesel nissan terrano, the problem is its failing to change after the 2nd gear to finish all the other gears would it be a problem on gear box oil or the are several items that cause this problem. It has an automatic transmission, the other thing is the fuse box is written in chinese would you be able to assist me with a diagram as well.

The automatic is probably stuck in second to protect the transmission as the computer has found a problem and it is not allowing the transmission to shift.  If it sees it slipping it will lock you out of other gears.  Probably the shift computer or a solenoid has gone bad.

I am in the United States and do not have access to a fuse diagram for you vehicle.  I found this link on google for you.  It is the entire manual so read through and get what you need.
