my power antenna on the right fender  does not go up .

It is just a matter of antenna replacement.  Over ten years and it is time for a replacement.  You can get one from rockauto.com or courtesynissan.com cheap.  Or, if you can hear the antenna motor going and the antenna not moving you could just get a mast replacement from PepBoys or the like and disassemble yours and replace with a new mast.  Internal to the mast is a plastic cable that runs the antenna up and down.  Over the years the plastic gets brittle and then it breaks.
