Nissan Repair: 2000 Infiniti G20t fuel pressure regulator, infiniti g20t, fuel pressure regulator

I am wondering how difficult it is to replace a fuel pressure regulator in a 2000 Infiniti G20t?  We have the part ordered and was hoping to not have to take it to a dealer as it is too expensive and wondering if it is possible to just have a local mechanic replace it?

Hi Laura -

Of course. The replacement of the fuel regulator on that Infinity is pretty basic, and will not need any special tools or talent.

A local, "not on commission" mechanic should be able to do the trick with a fraction of the cost.
