Nissan Repair: 1995 pathfinder start problem, loose cables, starter problem

I am having problems starting my pathfinder after I turn it off.  For instance, if I run into the conviences store and come by out it will not start.  I have to let it sit for 30 minutes or so before it will restart.  Is this a starter problem?

It could be a defective starter or loose cables or even a battery on the way out.  The best way is to have an electrical inspection performed.  Autozone or Checker will perform a free electrical inspection.  Now, for my information the vehicle will turn over but not start?  Or, does the vehicle not turn over?
